I really liked the friendly staff. The clean room had a comfy bed and microwave. The breakfast options were pretty limited.

The location was handy in the middle of jackson.

The hotel had a handy position, close to restaurant. All the staff was very friendly and excellent. Appreciated our rooms with a king size bed.

The rooms were recently remodeled and spacious. I appreciated having a fridge and microwave, too.

I loved that the hotel was just a 10-minute walk from both the Douglas Railroad Interpretive Center and the Pioneer Memorial Museum. The clerk at check-in was friendly and ensured I had everything I needed to start my weekend explorations.

Consider requesting a recently remodeled room for a more comfortable stay, as some rooms may show signs of age.

The daily service was EXCELLENT. The rooms were pet-friendly, especially those with blackout curtains, huge furniture and a king size bed. The location was handy and easy, the staff were excellent.

This hotel is in dire need of maintenance. The cleanliness was subpar. There was hair on the bathroom floor and a distinctly musty smell in the air. Even though I paid for an upgraded room, I found it outdated and poorly maintained, with stained carpets and a refrigerator that smelled awful. To top it off, breakfast choices were limited.

Good place with its free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and clean non-smoking rooms. The staff once helped me find my lost car keys, nice. I always enjoy my stays here and I'm coming back for a business trip.
